This multi-purpose facility is a venue for special events, dinners, fashion shows, dances, banquets and concerts. Trade show area has a total area of 77 feet by 90 feet and the upper level auditorium provides 1637 seats. The lower level can seat up to 600 people in the banquet hall and 7500 square feet for trade show space. A lounge with 100 person capacity is located on the upper level.

Built in 1882, this structure follows Victorian and Italianate design and currently houses a variety of concerts and events. Many artists record music behind the walls of Aeolian because of the beautiful acoustic sound. The hall can be rented to the public for events and workshops.
